4.4 Retention: "Recordings are stored for 12 months and then securely deleted, subject to legal hold requirements."
4.5 Cross-Border Processing: Calls and other lead data may be transferred to and processed by affiliates outside the United States under reasonable contractual safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, to facilitate service delivery, quality assurance, and dispute resolution.
